The Government of Saskatchewan has announced that the Saskatchewan Transportation Company will be wound up. All vehicular operations, including passenger and freight services, stopped at the end of day on May 31, 2017.

Important Information

With STC operations being wound up as of May 31, here is some important information you may need to know:

Ticket Refunds

With schedules discontinued on May 31, STC will provide refunds for any valid unused passenger tickets. Applications for refund on tickets must be made by June 30, 2017.

Frequent Rider Cards with more than four months remaining as of May 31, 2017 will be refunded on a prorated basis.

To apply for a refund, send your unused ticket or Frequent Rider Card along with a note which includes your name and mailing address to the following address by June 30, 2017:

Parcel Express Claims

Insurance claims must be made in writing to the originating or delivering carrier within 30 days after delivery of the property or, in case of failure to make delivery, within 30 days after the date of shipment.
